Dentists in Kissimmee, FL

I have avoided proper dental care all of my adult life due to crippling fear from being taken to lesser quality places (if at all) by the adults in my life once upon a time. I was in the Kissimmee location this morning with my wife fighting back my anxiety and all out fear of every part of the process. Within the first 5 minutes after being taken back for examination, EVERY member of the staff from front desk, to the techs (Andrea?) and nurses, to the dentists to Ginger the Office Manager (I apologize for not remembering all of the team members names, as I was trying my best not to chicken out) did an incredible job of not only assuring me I was in the correct place for help FINALLY!! But also by just showing the utmost respect and understanding of my fear, needs and concerns…. And above all else, absolutely ZERO judgement for the condition of disrepair that my fear has caused my oral health to become. I left confident that I will return on the 29th, will be made as comfortable (and sedated) as possible and will finally leave with a smile that I can show off to the world prouder than I have in decades!! If fear is holding you back as it has to me, trust me, this is the best choice concerning my personal health that I’ve made in longer than I can remember!!

The young lady, Diana, at the front desk is wonderful, kind and engaging. She answered all my questions and corrected my insurance info in the computer and scheduled an appointment all while keeping me company at the desk. Overall, I don't think anybody could have done it better. Thank you Diana!
