I've never experienced such a charming and honestly hilarious dental office crew quite like this one. They were also encouraging, patient, understanding, and accommodating. I went in for a simple cleaning but didn't realize just how bad I let my oral hygiene get. During my exam they made sure that I fully understood the importance of not just getting a cleaning done, but urged me to schedule some other pretty crucial procedures. Since I'm on a bit of a time-crunch (I'll be a bridesmaid at an upcoming wedding) it was hard for me to agree to anything other than a cleaning. Since the usual hygienist wasn't available soon enough, Dr.Omar Akileh personally handled my cleaning. They were able to get me in the next day and during my cleaning I was never bored. Everyone in this office was a joy to talk to and made the environment feel casual and fun to be in (and they're a DENTAL OFFICE. How is that possible??). Not to mention, they actually sit you down and carefully break down each appointment co-pay, what your insurance handles, costs, all of it! Not once did I feel rushed to make a decision. It was incredibly helpful. So after all of that, it feels weird to say, but I'm excited to go back to the dentist!

Everyone at the Beaverton office is extremely professional, kind and helpful. They go out of their way to make me comfortable and well cared for and are flexible with my requests. I know I am in good hands with knowledgeable staff using up-to-date techniques and materials. I appreciate them so much!
