I was seen quickly and the visit was quick overall. I had 5 teeth extracted with no pain over two visits. The dental assistant was a little hard to understand, but other than that I have no complaints. My completed partial took about 6 months and I was impressed at how well it fit and felt. (The temporary was so bulky and uncomfortable). I am financing this entire process as my insurance has a yearly maximum of $2,000 and all if the visits, extractions, and partial cost over $4,000. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with how this all turned out. This particular office is very nice and worked with me throughout the process.

Top tier experience. Top tier effort. They went above and beyond.. When they first called me to verify insurance, the secretary didn't seem exactly welcoming or warm. I wanted to switch practices from somewhere I've been going forever since childhood to a new place with all the latest. I got exactly just that. I was told they could only do abc at my appt but they were able to also do XYZ and for that in so very grateful. The insurance and payment process was very smooth and quick. My with was clean and quick. My X-rays, clean and quick. I will go back shortly for a cleaning and plans to switch my whole family of 5 there as well.

First of all Thank you from the bottom of my heart to from the call center to the front desk, to all the staffs , doctor Joe and his assistant Eva, you saved my life today by extracting my severe tooth pain( nerve damaged)I tried calling all the dental places if they can put me in nobody helped me , I had a very bad experience with my previous dentist who fixed my teeth for crown since then my life is in hell its been four months my pain is unbearable, I had to go to ER they put me on antibiotics I have an anxiety to go to any doctors places but they’re so cooperative, they listen to you , calm you ,thats so sweet of them ,one of the dentist in town told me I need to go to oral surgeon because my tooth root is different and difficult to pull but Dr Joe is not a surgeon he pulled it so smoothly, Iam so glad that I went to this place.They literally saved my life ,God bless you all the staffs and Dr Joe . Thank you so much for your phenomenal work that you’ve done . I will be forever your patient .Highly recommend Aspen Dental pleasant hill.
