Dr. Dayana Melendez is a compassionate and experienced general dentist committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She was born in Venezuela, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Central University of Venezuela. Driven by a passion for excellence and continued learning, she later completed advanced postdoctoral training through the prestigious Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at NYU Langone. Dr. Melendez has a strong interest in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, and takes pride in helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She is especially focused on building trust and comfort with every patient, taking time to educate and involve them in their oral health decisions. She is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Florida Dental Association (FDA). Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Melendez is proud to serve a diverse patient population. She regularly attends continuing education courses to stay current with advancements in digital dentistry and minimally invasive techniques. Outside the office, Dr. Melendez enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family and dog.
